How much does it cost to ship?

Our cargoes are free throughout Turkey. International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you have shipments abroad?

We ship internationally. Shipments are shipped via DHL Express.

I received an e-mail from my cargo, but I haven't received my product yet, so what should I do?

From the shipping tracking number we sent you, we can ask you where your shipment is

You can easily find your own body through the "Body Table" and product descriptions on the product pages.

What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?

Packages that you believe are damaged during shipping
open and check in front of the cargo authority. If there is any damage to the product

What are the Exchange and Return conditions for products purchased from showroom?

In the products you pre-order from the showroom, the change is made only once, provided that you replace the product with a different model or size.

Are the sold-out products replenished?

Your order will be shipped within 1-7 working days. (Shipping time may vary with some specialty products. You can see the delivery times for the products from the product detail page.)
